Service Oriented Profile Reliability Assessment of an Aviation Mechatronic Servo Actuation System

Due to its complexity and importance, the reliability problems of mechatronic servo system have become more attention. The design method is applied in products, which can ensure high systems. This paper first introduces application a product on cargo door civil aircraft describes structure composition, characteristics, service profile, multi-type life characteristics components. In this paper, compliance designed verified from aspects modeling, mission prediction, dispatch verification, data support for operation maintenance provided.
